Noreen’s “Kiss Stress Goodbye” Bath
1 cup of Himalayan Salt
5 sprinkles of aromatherapy like Lavender essential oil or Rose Oil.
Place in a mason jar and shake what you made. When you’re ready to use simply pour it into a bathtub filled with warm water. Soak your body for at least 20 minutes.
Next take two fresh rose petals and place one on each eyelid. Close your eyes and relax. The petals hydrate the skin and scent divine.
